Where are the boundary lines?

Glenn, our surveyor, found original iron markers!

I had been advised by our Township surveyor that iron markers were not placed in our community, as they should have been, back in 1953. Glenn proved our property to be an exception with his top-of-the-line metal detector.

This marker is in the front left corner of our property.

There is another marker like this three doors up. The plots are each 70 feet wide, so we would expect that marker to be 210 feet from this one. It is almost exactly 210 feet from this one, lending proof to the legitimacy of our marker. This is on our boundary line!

Here is a view from the street:

The neighbors’ fence is way over onto our property. Here, in the front, it is about 6 feet over.
